The 2010, new Leadership Team structure is now in place at Oaklands Chapel. Elders serve as members of the Leadership Team and together as a group hold responsibility for the ‘shepherding’ and ‘teaching’ aspects of ministry. Meetings are held at least once per month separately from the business of the Leadership Team to focus specifically on issues related to teaching ministry and pastoral care concerns.

Treasurer - Nat Massa
As a graduate of the not so narrow path, I bring a humble, honest and heartfelt approach to the Lord's calling, whatever it may be. Making the second best decision of my life by marrying Jennifer, and being blessed by our daughter Alegria, the Lord has provided me with much more than I deserve. |
 |
But to whom much is given much is expected and so pouring myself out for others is how the Lord may use me for his will, and yet still filling me up again and again. I am honoured to serve the Lord on the Leadership Team in the role of Treasurer. |
